Early in the morning our
Fudgemasters boil the freshest
milk, cream and the purest sugar
in a steam kettle to create the
base for our fudge.
The base is then poured into
copper kettles to cool for several
hours.
When the mixture achieves the perfect
temperature our Fudgemasters add
chocolate and vanilla and hand-whip the
fudge to further the cooling process.
As the fudge begins to harden, chocolate
chips, nuts, and other flavor mix-ins are
added before it is finally  poured into
fudge pans on  our marble tables.
