Early in the morning our Fudgemasters boil the freshest milk, cream and the purest sugar in a steam kettle to create the base for our fudge.
|
|
 |
|
|
|
|
The base is then poured into copper kettles to cool for several hours.
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
 |
|
When the mixture achieves the perfect temperature our Fudgemasters add chocolate and vanilla and hand-whip the fudge to further the cooling process.
|
|
|
|
|
|
As the fudge begins to harden, chocolate chips, nuts, and other flavor mix-ins are added before it is finally poured into fudge pans on our marble tables.
|
